A small percentage of customers (about 1%) find that nail products don't last on them. While we are happy to honour our 3-day courtesy service, please note that service fees are non-refundable. Also, if you have tampered with your nails during the first 3 days, our courtesy service will not apply.

Sterilization and Safety
Tomi Nails complies with the Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit requirements for sterilization policies and procedures. Strict sterilization procedures are followed with every appointment to meet these requirements. The Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit conducts random audits on our facility and sterilization processes one to two times per year, which we are proud to say we always pass. You are welcome to confirm this with the Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit at 705-721-7520
Nail Infections and Fungus:
As part of our adherence to the Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit protocol, Tomi Nails will not provide services if you have an existing nail infection or fungus. After a nail infection/fungus has been treated and healed, we would be happy to offer you service.
Credo Blade:
We will use Credo Blade when it is necessary. This is done in a safe manner following the Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit safety protocol.
